Position Summary
Atlantis Strength is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to manage our online presence and community engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role will be responsible for planning, publishing, and engaging across our social channels, while building meaningful relationships with our clients, partners, and the broader fitness community.
Key Responsibilities
Content Publishing & Scheduling
- Manage the social media calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Publish and schedule content (5-7 posts per week) across multiple channels.
- Adapt existing visual and video assets (created by the Graphic Designer) into social-friendly formats (stories, reels, snippets)
Community Engagement
- Actively engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Build relationships with gyms, coaches, distributors, and influencers in the fitness industry.
- Launch initiatives to strengthen community loyalty (testimonials, ambassador programs, contests).
Brand Storytelling
- Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and brand identity across all channels.
- Contribute ideas for new campaigns and activations to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and traffic to the website/HubSpot.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance and engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 5 posts published weekly across platforms.
- Steady engagement rate growth (likes, comments, shares, saves).
- Month-over-month follower and community growth.
- Increased social-driven traffic and leads into HubSpot (CRM).
- Active response rate to comments and messages.
- Number of community-driven initiatives launched per quarter.
Profile & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and/or community management.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for different formats.
- Excellent written communication skills (English; French is a plus).
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage a publishing calendar.
- Interest in the fitness/sports industry is a strong asset.
